variety of styles and substances including: wood types, seed types,
and precious stones. Below is a small

Rosewood. Good
for the skin. Used for prayers in praise of divine beauty and love.
A rich, reddish-brown, wooden bead originating from the genus Dalbergia
tree.Left to right: 44" - 1/8" bead, 10" elastic - 1/16" bead, 35" -
3/16" bead with gold trim, 12" (not a rosarie) - 1/16" bead with silver
trim.
Lotus.
A symbol of purity, associated with Lakshmi, the
goddess of good fortune and beauty. A dark and deep brown colored bead
with a very light scent. Left to right: 22" - 1/4" bead, 48" - 1/4"
bead with silver trim, 48" - 1/4" bead with gold trim.
Rudraksha.
Known as "Eyes of Shiva," these seeds are said to
be formed from Shiva's tears. Worn in honor of the great meditators.

Tulsi. A
sacred wood that is considered to be a form of the goddess. The hearts
of those who wear tulsi become the garden of love. A very light weight,
natural looking, wood bead that is pale colored and lightly scented.

Ebony. A dark wood traditionally
used for ritual objects because of its lustrous beauty. A reminder of
the Lord's omniscient presence. Rich black in color, hard and heavy,
wooden beads yeilded by various Old World trobpical dicotyledonous
trees. A light woodsy aroma. From top to bottom: 42" - 1/4" bead, 18"
- 1/2" bead, 32" w/pearl - 3/16" bead, 36" w/silver - 3/16" bead.
Sandalwood.
A scented wood that promotes tranquility. The fragrance breaths purity
into one's heart and soul. Natural wood beads taken from the heartwood
of a Santalum album (Santalaceae family) tree that is found in
southern Asia. A very fragrant aroma. From left to right: 38" - 1/4"

Bodhi Seed.
Beloved of the Buddha. Bodhi means enlightenment.
The substantial seed is naturally modeled and has very beautiful patterns.
It also has a very light scent. 48" - 3/8" seed
Vaijanti.
A seed that comes from the forests where the god and goddess eternally
make love. A mala of victory. A seed that is a rich brown/black in color.

All these semi-precious stone rosaries/malas have a natural and vibrant
beauty. They are all 37" - 1/4" bead with exception to the Navaratna

Pearl. Associated
with various forms of the Goddess. Inspires creativity and brings wealth.
Soothing and cooling. Used to attract love and promote a happy marriage.
One of the oceans most precious gems.
Garnet.
Enhances bodily strength and repels
negative energies. Healing stone for skin afflictions and used to regulate
the heart. A deep red color with a vitreous luster.
Tiger Eye.
Promotes wealth and prosperity. Protective,
increases courage and confidence. Increases energy flow. A beautiful
yellow/brown stone that is naturally and gorgeously patterned.
Lapis Lazuli.
Improves mental, spiritual and emotional
states. A healing stone that is good for mediation and increasing intuitive
powers. Promotes fidelity, is protective and courage-inducing. Each
bead is swirling with varying shades of earth tones and blues. Very
tranquil to meditate upon.
Amethyst.
The stone of peace. Protects against
harm, aids against addictions. increases psychic and spiritual awareness;
a meditative aid. Attracts love to the wearer. Belonging to the quartz
family this stone is a rich spiritual purple.
Rosequartz.
A powerful healing, psychic and intellect-raising
stone. Stimulates love and opens the heart chakra. Promotes peace, happiness
and fidelity. Another stone from the quartz family this one is lightly
pink with a glassy luster.
Navaratna.
Blessing of the Nine Planets. A combination
of 9 stones including but not limited to: Amethyst, quartz, pearl, tigers
eye and lapis luzuli. A beautiful combination.
